The project was about designing a B2C application that helps users remember conversations and engage more thoughtfully. It wasn’t just about storing chat history, the focus was on improving the quality of how people converse, helping them pick up where they left off, ask better questions, and become more intentional in their interactions.
The main goal was to ensure that users genuinely found value in what the app offered. Beyond just features, the aim was to design it in a way that felt seamlessly integrated into their daily routine, something they'd return to not out of habit, but because it actually helped them have better conversations.
After exploring the app’s potential position in the market and understanding user behavior alongside similar tools in the ecosystem the research team mapped out key patterns across users, practices, information, and interactions.
Things we focused on:
Understand how humans recognize and remember information, and design in alignment with those patterns.
Help users recall past conversations and interactions to enable more personalized and thoughtful communication.
Create an interface that feels intuitive and effortless to use.
This project is under NDA.
While I can’t share much here, I’d love to discuss about my design process and approach.

After identifying key issues and opportunities, we designed the application across mobile (first) and desktop platforms, along with exploring a Chrome extension. The goal remained consistent throughout, to help users have more intentional, insightful conversations.
Features we explored:
Auto-generated profiles using email and connected accounts.
AI-driven analysis of conversations to surface deeper patterns.
Conversation insights to show how users communicate and how they can improve.

This was one of the more interesting B2C projects I’ve worked on. It stood out from typical applications because of its focus on creating meaningful, insight-driven features. I learned a lot about creating meaningful and execution focused features, working with AI and how to prototype.
